3. Orders & Payment

Here's what to know when placing an order:

• All orders are subject to availability. If an item sells out, you'll be notified promptly.
• All prices are listed in US dollars (USD).
• Payment is processed securely through Shopify's trusted payment partners, such as PayPal and Stripe. Your financial information is never stored by this shop.
• An order confirmation email will be sent to you after your purchase is complete. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.
• The shop reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If this happens, you will receive a full refund.

4. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized orders are a big part of what this shop offers! Please keep the following in mind:

• All custom orders require approval before production begins. Please reach out before purchasing to confirm your request can be accommodated.
• A deposit or full payment upfront is required to reserve your custom order slot.
• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun, as materials and time are committed specifically to your piece.
• You are responsible for providing accurate details (colors, measurements, wording, etc.) for your custom request. Please double-check everything before submitting!
• Estimated production timelines will be communicated at the time of order. I'll do my best to keep you updated along the way.

5. Intellectual Property

All photos, product designs, descriptions, and content found in this shop are the original work of Beadwork By Toni and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

• You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or distribute any designs, photos, or content from this shop without prior written permission.
• Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights. You're buying the item itself — not the design or the right to replicate it.
